HELENE ALTER-DYCHE has studied ballet with Mary Vandis, Belle Bender, Natalie Rast,
Richard Ellis and Christine DuBoulay. She taught children's ballet at the Ellis DuBoulay School of Dance.
Her modern training began at Northwestern University where she studied with Delta Bannister and was a member of Orchisis.
Helene studied Spanish Dance with Ida Velez and jazz with Robert Estner.
She has acted in theater, musicals, and film, and is a singer/songwriter. In fall 2009, Helene appeared in the feature film, Slices of Life,
acting and singing the featured song. Helene has sung leading roles with the Israel National Opera in
Tel Aviv and in Europe. She performed in Bernarda Alba with the Bohemian Theatre Ensemble.
In 2008, Helene starred in The Oldest Profession at the Bailiwick Repertory Theatre and
presented her one-woman cabaret show, Drama Diva. This is Helene's 8th year with PMI.
