StacyAction (10K) STACY DE MORROW:  "Dance is a way in which I view and move through my life. Dance is not only beautiful movements performed on stage, dance is a way in which we view our world, and how we feel our bodies move through that world.

I see dance happening all around me, in the patterns that people walk down a street, in how a chef prepares a meal, and even in the specificity a spider uses to create its web. I strive to learn more about what dance can be and to always keep it active in my life."
Stacy DeMorrow is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point with a bachelor's degree in Dance. There she performed works by Billy Siegenfield, Susan Marshall, and Mary Anthony.

During the winter of 2007, Stacy spent a month teaching dance in Thailand to stateless children as part of The Thailand Project, a mission to use higher education as humanitarian aid.

In the summer 2009, Stacy participated in Bates Dance Festival. During her studies there, she performed in the work Mercy, choreographed by Bebe Miller. This is Stacy's first season with Perceptual Motion.
