Adult Classes Still Kickin' It Dance Classes For People Over 40 4057 N. These classes are designed for the challenges and delights of dancing beyond 40. Class will incorporate Modern dance technique, ballet, yoga, improvisation, and Tai Chi. The goal of this class is to become proficient at dance, using techniques that honor and respect the aging body, while gaining the emotional, artistic and spiritual satisfaction of moving with an intent through space and time. Fun is definitely included! Taught in a supportive, yet challenging manner by Lin Shook. Beginners Class: Beginning level Dance Class for People Over 40 June 22 to August 24 $100 for ten weeks Tuesday evenings, 6:15-7:15PM Newcomers are welcome! Drop in classes are $15.
